According to wire service—Kashmir News observer (KNO), a 15-year-old girl identified as Tahira Kouser, daughter of Mohammad Razaq of Gurdan Balla was rearing her cattle when she got stuck in a rope which was tied with a tree for swinging of children. While enjoying swings, the girl's neck got stuck in the rope, officials said, adding that locals after finding her getting stuck rushed to the spot where they found the girl dead.
